07 Pro MXR 90 I've got slop in the rear hub splines and the axle is there anything I can do before they strip out?

Have you tourqed the hub nuts with an impact? They tend to come loose. make sure you also tighten the axle nuts on a reg. basis they also like to come loose.

Yeah there tight, its like there not a machined match. I thought about buying a hub to see if it makes a difference

???.. see if a ( big ) loc washer will fit in between ,then try an impact on the nut
long ago I did this with honda hubs when they wouldnt stay tight
