So can anyone provide some solid information on the pink wire?
Here are my questions: If this is a 4th gear rev limiter, what is the RPM limit in 4th? If you cut the wire I assume you now are running up against the rev limiter that is effective in all other gears. What is the RPM limit in other gears?
Please provide only factual information. Speculation doesn't really do me any good.

If I don't hear back from you guys I will test the two 90s my kids have. I will run them head to head stock. Then I will run them head to head with the pink wire cut on one. Then let's see the difference.

it is not a rev limiter it is a speed limiter

Since there is no speedometer output, how does the bike know how fast you are going? How does it limit speed? By what method does it limit speed?
