I just got a quad, and not to familiar with this area. Is there any place in Kansas City, MO to ride. I just hate having to load up, and driving far to ride.

there is a arena cross Friday and Saturday in topeka should be fun i hope. look in the racing forum i posted the link and all. if your into motocross. you can also get onto www.mostatemx.com they have a list of places.

MORXP, I live in Platte City MO and I have a 40 acre farm that has some jumps, a Flat Track and quite a few trails. Nothing to outrageous, but we have fun.

RobRacer, I see you are also from Platte City. Do you race and what kind of racing do you do? I got into TT racing last year and like it a lot. I have a built Z400 that I race and also have another Z400 that I use to ride trails, ect. If you need a place to practice, let me know.

I am always looking for new people to ride with.

zracer i think that i have been to your place before its just outside of hoover. i was out there on a white ltr. i race mx. there is a arena cross in feb down at hale arena. should be a good time.

Posted by: zracer16

That's the place. We have had so many people out here that I can not keep track. When was the last time you were out? Also, I heard about the race, do you have any more info. on it or know where I can get more info?

P.S. Anyone in the area can feel free to come out and ride. Most of the people that I used to ride with on a regular basis have quite riding, so I am looking for new people to ride with.
Riding by yourself kinda sucks.

its probably been october or so since i have been out there. here is a link to read up on the hale arenacross http://www.district18.info/phpBB2/viewtopic.php?t=13575
the only thing that sucks is amateur is only on sunday. i think that i am gonna go down before and check out the track.

zracer16, is that invite open to anyone? I have a 6 year old son I am trying to get into the sport, he has a Can Am 50 4 wheeler and a Suzuki 70 dirt bike. I am just looking for somewhere close he can learn to ride and maybe catch a few tips.

Posted by: zracer16

Yes, the invite is open to anyone, just give me a call sometime. My number is 816-826-7159 and my name is Mike. All that we ask is you call before you haul. Do you also ride and if so, what do you have?

Sounds great, I used to ride, got out of it years ago. Nothing spectacular, just trail riding and boondocking back home in NM. I am currently looking around for something, but right now I mainly just follow around my son on an old POS 110 3 wheeler. Its just fast enough to keep up with his 4 wheeler.

Hey, if anyone is interested in riding, let me know!

Posted by: zracer16

Sounds good, just give me a call. My number is in this thread.

Yea, as long as we don't get anymore rain it shouldn't be too bad on Sunday.

Hey Mike, I called you Friday night about coming up to your place to ride this weekend and I was just wondering if you were going to be riding tomorrow the 27th, if it doesn't rain.

Posted by: zracer16

Yea I sure am. Just give me a call.

Posted by: Sweaney

Hey Mike, thanks again for letting us come ride. I am looking forward to the next time we come out there.
