I have a 2004 kfx 400. I live in Alberta Canada. I have a twin air foam filter, K&N powerlid. It runs great with the extra air flow. I have a 155 main jet. I think its turn 2.5 out airscrew. I now am installing a powerbomb header, and powercore 4 exhaust. I have a 160 main jet in a box should that be ok.

it should be dang close to being right, you may also need to up your pilot though as well. If you start getting a pop on decel up your pilot
