seems like you have alot of chrome for PA....JMO. If your were building a duner than maybe but it seems like the upkeep on it wouldnt be worth it. All black would be kind of boring too., again JMO.
so none of the above.

Well we have connections to get all this stuff done dirt cheap.
I think all black with the chrome upper a-arms would be the coolest, but idk.
I need more opinions!

and the reason for just chrome or black is because those are the only things that would go nice on my bike..
Does anyone know how to make something look chrome on photoshop??

have you thought about maybe a candy red or blue for the frame with flat black lowers and maybe like a gloss black upper?, or even the same color uppers as the frame?
as far as photoshop goes you have to do many layers and a bunch of shading to get the look of chrome

Well im aiming for a red/black theme, but if i made the frame red it would be way too much red.
I thought about black frame with black bottom arms and red top arms

yeah that would be too much red, the red uppers and black lowers would look killer too IMO. Do you like the red plastics?, are they in good shape?

My son likes the project quad they just did on this site with the "Stealth Black" frame and red plastics....
