88 and 89 frames are interchangable RIGHT?

I'm just wondering if 88' and 89 frames are interchangable?
Here are pics of a frame can anyone tell me if it will fit all my stock 88 stuff. I am pretty sure it is an 88 or 89 based on the foot peg mounts.

All your stuff should work, did you find a frame or are you still looking because I'm going to pick up a 88 250r with a straight frame and WV title on Sunday that I'll be parting out.
