anyone have this issue ? just bought it today and have ran about a tank through it ,bike shuts off a lot and sometimes will not idle .

id say take a gander at the idle, and if that doesnt work then choke it, if its new i can tell ya right now the first starting hours are the hardest i guess you gotta get the starter and components good and broke in or something and then itll fire up with very little effort (or thats how mine did anyway)

how do you adjust the idle ?I think thats the problem . it will idle some but will shut off after setting a few secounds .

to set your idle pull out the cold start knob on the side of the throttle body, turn it OUT all the way then turn it in 22 clicks.
The is a cold start high idle for warm up, if you still have the problem must have the throttle position switch ajusted and check the roll over safey switch.
