I bought a used set of 7/8 pro taper handle bars to replace my bent stock bars. They are much shorter and a little wider. Does anyone ride with these and how do you like them and does the quad handle different? Im not sure if I'll like the lower feel of them. Let me know your thoughts. Thanks.

are they really that different? or have i just had my pt bars that long?

Do you have any info for me since you have a set or are you just making a statement?

um.. i guess. the quad doesnt really handle different. Absorbs vibration if your welds arent broken and looks better. All around better and im pretty sure their not a whole lot different than stock. Maybe shorter but they shouldnt be much shorter in that sense

I hate shorter bars than stock. Maybe if you are shorter but me being 6' my stock 400ex bars are too low when i stand up i feel like i'm leaning over the front of the quad. Theres always a nice fix if you have the cash +1 or +2 steering stem

I love the shortbars I feel more In control than the stock bars ,i ride fast and hard so I want to be forward in the attack mode when riding not sitting up cruising like Im on some UTE or I would have bought one .but thats me plus im only 5,4 so maybe if i was taller Id want taller bars. all in what feels comfortible to you just try them cant hurt to do that!
