My quad wont stay running unless I move the idle lever up to increase the idle, at which point it sounds normal (doesnt sound as though I have it adjusted too high)..I dont have a tach handy to tell what it is exactly...Other than that the quad performs fine and it stays this way regardless if it is cold or has been run all day...This started at the end of summer when it was still warm out...It's a 2006 with core and airbox lid removed and cherry bomb...It has had these mods since day one and is just now having this issue...I want to get rid of the switch and this lever on the bars but cant do it now since i need to be able to advance the idle to ride...Any ideas on what would cause this low idle...I have made no recent changes to the quad.

Just turn the real idle control up. Its the large flat head screw you see when you look past the fuel filter.

Cool...I'll do that .....Is this the sign of something going wrong or wearing out ,,like valves or fuel filter, etc.,etc. ?
