ill delete this in a few days but well see if it can help someone, i took the nut off the last screw on the back fender flares (the frame bracket one) and went to the hardware store and got wingnuts and replaced them, and i was waiting on posting this for awhile to see if they would stay and after abbout 5 rides theyve stayed in place and make flare removal just a little bit easier, just thought id pass this along

good idea. could probably use a dab of blue loctite just to be safe.

Not a bad idea I have lost one of the back ones already and I need to replace it maybe I will go this route.

the same thing happened to in a race.....
