Youll get alot of opinions on this subject.Ive had a couple of them myself. One of them broke off flush with the stator side bearing.Others Ive had that were pretty low time smoked the rod bearings. My old stock cylinder motor has one in it thats got lots of time on it.Im not afraid of them, after all these are 2 strokes and thats part of owning one.If I had a choice though,Id go with an OEM next time, they seem to last longer.

OEM is the way to go. I returned 2 of the aftermarket R cranks last year as they have differences. I don't think it will cause motor problems too soon, but I prefer not to use them.
