kfx80 won't start??????

I have a kfx80 and I just can't get it to start.....It has spark, fuel, and air so it should start.....but No start not even on starting fluid....How can i get it to run?????

Is the plug wet after trying? If so, hold throttle open till it starts.
Not wet:: Remove the rubber air duct from the carb and hand choke it.
Have you cleaned the carb?
