I was curious what changes there is to the 08 DRX,if any ?
Also, anyone know if a yellow/blue combo could be ordered?
I havent seen this before, but like those colors added with Black.

The million dollar question?
I don't see that you will any any major platform changes like in 2007.
You will see:
New Carbs--No OKOS!!!
New Swingarm-Square tube design
New tires- At some point "maybe"..still have plenty of 07 style in stock
Tranny gears-- Hardened style "may" become std issue
Shocks---not 100% sure....nothing life changing, but maybe a little stiffer spring for the 90.
Just a little tweaking...no major surgery
Of course I do sometimes order them a little special
, but that is not a DRR standard thing.....just a few specs that i like to sell in my territory. Like our new units with Maxxis Cross tires on them, the 70/90 w/o oil injection from the factory, etc...
But DRR is very aware of not making a lot of changes as in 07....They will address only the issues that could be fixed easily.

Cool to hear
Glad to see the Cross tires added. Thats a great tire selection.
So when ordered, you can pick a mix in plastic colors with no problems then too, correct?
Also, air or LC is an option as well?

So when ordering, generally.. is it an option to mix match plastic colors? Also, can you refresh me on what the standard pkg. comes with(not the LE Edition if ther is one for 08)
We are adding a new quad to the garage is why Im asking all this stuff. lol

Mixed colors will be up to a dealer to do....Not sure if it will be a factory option (probably not)
Std options that changed:
Sunworld Carbs
Square Tube Swingarms
Hardened Gears "maybe"
I think this is about it
Les and I order by the container so we do at times get a little extra wiggle room to customize them to our specs, but I think that may not be as lax as it has been in the past.

Hey Tina,
We may be adding one of these to our mix of QuadCycles....
I think my HayBop wants to race a stock 90 at WORCS this year.
She can be a terror on the track, should be fun
Just got to figure out how to finance another one.
You guys getting another for sure????????

Not sure, still trying to figure it out. Really want it by Phoenix, but not sure I can make it work. Gotta go talk to Mike or Les and see exactly what it's going to set me back.
Hayley wants it like yesterday, so I better get on it.....

We just got our 08 yesterday..... NO square tube swing arm.
I've noticed that (this is our first DRX) that people have been notching the rear frame for chain clearance w/ long travle and mine at least has the frame crimped for chain clearance.
I did not pay attention to what carb is on it yet....
White w/ blue frame...looks excellent!!!!
