I figured I'd give it one more shot....I am in need of a slip on for my 98' 300 ex, Don't care what brand, doesn't have to be a full exhaust, just the pipe. I have cash in hand and need a pipe. If anyone has one laying around please hit me and let me know what you are looking to get for it, we can work something out.I will pay for all shipping and handling....PLEASE HELP!!!

yeah aftermarket is what im looking for.....now let me ask you, if I put a new header kit, is it necessary to do the pipe as well, I have seen that many people on here say the stock headers are very restrictive, so if were to just change that would it help at all?

you will see some gain with the header, it is the most restrictive part of the exhaust on the 300ex,

to see a full advantage you would want both,

thats my suggestion

i still have a aftermarket header for the 300 if you interested
and a bunch of other parts
