Hey guyz,

I wonder how long should I run the Engine since I got the quad before I take my quad to the grage to do his first treament of changing oil and oil filter etc'..

Dvx400 07' (same as Z400).

3 tanks of fuel?

i would go run it pretty good after 1 heat cycle. ride it really hard through 2, 3 and 4th. ride it as how you want it to perform. you must seat the rings totally and prevent blow-by. i would change the oil right after the first ride to ensure all those new fibers and shavings are gone.

also depending on how hard you ride, i change my oil after every other ride. good maintanince(sp?) long live the motor
