can i take the choke out of my 450r carb? if so how

No you can't. It doesn't really have a choke. It has an enrichment valve. Chokes and enricheners accomplish the same thing--richen the air/fuel ratio for startup--but they do it different ways.

Chokes restrict (i.e "choke") the airflow when activated while the carb delivers the same amount of fuel. Result = rich mixture. Enricheners actually add more fuel and keep the same amount of air. Different approach but you wind up with the same thing: a rich mixture for easier starting.

Generally, we still use the word choke even when it really isn't a choke. But no, 450R carbs don't have a starting-aid in the carb's venturi that you could remove for the purposes of improving airflow.
