Question for people with plus size steering stems

I just orderd a houser +2 stem with some tag t2 450r bend 1 1/8 bars for my 400ex. I also orderd +2 stainless brakelines. I was wondering what to do with the throttle and clutch cables. Where do you get plus size ones if i need them? I also heard 300ex cables are a lil bit longer and you can use them also. any info would be great thanks!

don't get the 300ex cable, it requires some modding. i think it's like a 250x or something, search it. And i didn't need any longer cables for my +1 stem.

streamline makes throttle and clutch cables that come 2 inches longer then stock and they are braided

300ex cable did not require any modding on my quad.

brake lines are easy to find in extended lengths.

i got a 300ex cable and it didn't work the cable it self was way too long

All the stock cables, wires and brake lines will fit.

I have the same TAG bar kit and I added 2 1/2" to the stock stem and eveything fit.

hmm, idk but i have a motion pro 300ex clutch cable on mine. no mods whatsoever were done to make it fit.

PN mp02-108 is what i used.

you need to flip the bracket and only use one bolt. ugly, but it'll work until i get a 250x cable.

I found streamline SS clutch and throttle cables for 16 bucks each on ebay. good deal id say. thanks for all the replys!

I put the stem and most of the parts on yesterday(raining all day) and man i cant wait to ride this thing. The +2 is at the perfect height for me(im almost 6 2) Just waiting for my plus size cables to arrive in the mail to finish up.

I'm wanting to do this to mine...i'm 6'4 and ride standing up a lot...my 250r has a +1 stem with 7/8" clamp and 1 1/8" adapters on top of those..that puts the bars just about perfect to where i want it.....i was thinking about just going with a 3" rox riser instead of a new stem.
