I broke my elbow a few months ago and I need to get the best so I can get my butt back riding. Looking at the Elka 3 and 5 steering damper. I will be getting a new steering stem w/anti vibrate too. I have flexx bars now which are great. Just need to make the ride the best I can. Front was done...

if you want elka do the 3. if your just looking for a comfortable ride just set it on "Back to center" adjustment.
