In my quest to find a quiet pipe like the FMF Q2, here is what I was offer by HMF for my 400ex even if they don't make it. They would buit me a HMF QUIET RACE SERIES slip on. they told me that SINCE IT HAS A MECHANICAL CORE THE QUIET CORE WILL NOT FIT IN IT. BUT IT DOES GIVE YOU BETTER LOW END DUE TO THE MECHANICAL CORE.

Do you guys know any one that has an QRS on their 450 quad and what they think about pipe?

A ballance with a quiet core will be around 96-98 Db,

Does Yosimura make a pipe for your quad. I have the tri-oval aluminum one and it is very quiet with the insert installed.
