does anybody have a picture of the power core exhaust because i found a good deal on one and i need to see if it goes past a stock grab bar
thanks

the power core 4 with a power bomb header does not go past the grab bar my friend has one and he does wheelies and hits the ground all the time on the street not hit once and its slightly bent upward (the grab bar that is).

I did not know that it just slipped over the stock header. I might order one. I have a K&N powerlid and a 155 main jet already. Do you have to replace any pilot jets.

Posted by: dan42684

yeah I got the slip on. You could get a full system with the FMF powerbomb header, as for the jetting i used the Dynojet kit Stage 2, lid removed. im pretty sure they changed the pilot jets. i got it put in at a performance shop i go to.

I ordered a fmf powerbomb header, powercore 4 exhaust but not the slip on version. I found a midpipe. I might add a photo. It says it is universal.

Posted by: jonridesz400

what is that? midpipe?

Posted by: kfx400-1986

its a midpipe. slip-on version have it attached.

Posted by: jonridesz400

o you need it for the slip on version? ive never seen the slip on version so im guessing thats what your saying.

Posted by: kfx400-1986

if you order a "header" you need a midpipe, muffler. I found out at the dealership. If you get a slip-on version it just bolts to your stock header.

Posted by: dan42684

This is the fmf power bomb header. It will fit the powercore 4 slip on exhaust. you wouldnt need a mid pipe.

Then whats the difference between these two photos.

Posted by: kfx400-1986

this one says slip on.

Posted by: kfx400-1986

I bought the one in the first photo. I geuss I will see how it fits when I get it.

Posted by: jonridesz400

thats what i thought the one pipe you need a connector peice to connect to the stock header which is a jip i think id buy the one that fits a stock header and the powerbomb.

Posted by: TRXRIDER4567

If you buy the Power core 4 my cousin had a real problem with the rear bracket that held it. The bracket wasnt holdin the pipe so it would slip back. And if you get the pipe get a pro armor race series grab bar because it sticks out pretty far.

Posted by: jonridesz400

if you get a powercore 4 with a powerbomb header it does not stick out farther than a stock grab bar.
