hey any 1 know if this number is a suzuki number a79f8 i think is a 1.50mm aslo it says 673p6 on it so i guess i need a new cyl ? help

Your numbers are not familiar. I do think the number on the piston is a 1.5 over.
You can go to 2.0 over.

With the head on a flat surface, measuring thru the plug hole..

hmmm looks like to top of spark hole is 1 inch so has it been shaved???? thanks jack.

I'd think not. I'd rather think you or I are off by a thousandth or so. 13 thousandths isn't much. 
Took me a while to find a stock head to measure.
