i just bought another 250x for 300 bucks, it has a brand new high comp weisco, stock bore, never ran, should i change the jetting, also the rockers are all chewed up, what would cause this to happen?

worn cam chain, bad or wrongly adjusted valves. The cam its self could also be bad.
