My friend just baught a new leftover 06 outlaw. You can actually lift the seat off with out using the latch. I thaught I read something on this issue but can not find anything. Anyone else have this problem and is there a fix.

put an R shaped hitch pin on latch and it should be fine. i have never had a problem since i did it
