i have a 2003 KFX 400 and find that when i am in the dunes, first gear is not enough for climbing the big hills and 2nd is to much and starts to bog. i need a sprocket that will fix that, any1 know what to do?

not sure what size the kfx gearing is but,
front sprocket, drop down a tooth for example if you got a 15t get a 14t sprocket.
this will make you top out quicker in 1st gear and let you use 2nd gear better.
you will lose top speed, but you uses that in the dunes?

I agree with 400exfan19. I dropped a tine on my front sprocket... world of difference
