never seem to be done... took a long trail ride and noticed my feet hurting at the end of the day. bought some ims pegs, wow, what a difference.

just added the e series full pipe and rejetted it to stage two specs. along with that a k&n filter and i drilled 4 1" holes in the airbox lid with filtered inserts. way better power all around. cheap, easy, and worthwhile mods.

im running the pipe with all 12 discs because i have a quiet core insert that really tones it down. sounds healthy but not much louder than stock. perfect.

oh yeah, got the big holeshots too, much better hookup over the stockers even though the ride is stiffer. worth it.

now on to heel guards...

Nice 300ex dude. Not a huge fan of the big rack but I like how it's set up for a long trail ride. Really clean. Has all of the trail accessories I see LOL.

just the swingarm skid is an armadillo. its great, quarter inch thick. the rack is a neccesity for the rides we take. i wish i didnt need it but i do and its the best that ive found for a 300ex.

yeah, i know. im one of those if i rode it more often it wouldnt stay that clean but its usually some time between rides so i like to clean it up. keeps it as fresh as a 95 can be.

wat type are the other skids?

Posted by: mike maddrell

the chassis skid was on it when i got it, so not sure what kind it is. the a arm guards i think are prm? i forget... the front bumper and the rack are prm. its got a rear dg bumper too that actually helps keep weeds from tangling around the rear axle when we are making trails. here i got it just cause it was cheap.

Ya all of the trail accessories. Right now I'm running a PRM desert grab bar and I love it. Nice looking and gives plenty of areas to pick the quad up, and my .190 PRM skid is excellent! couldn't be happier with PRM. Expensive but sleek looking and great protection!

Thats a really nice lookin 300, I like everything about it.
Those front plastics, r they factory? Looks like mud flaps have been added to them, I like that. I added mud flaps to mine, but it doesnt look as clean as that.
That rack is cool, how much was that?

Yes, those are Factory front plastics from that year. As for the rack they are known as Six Pack Racks normally anywhere from $40-$120.

Posted by: DANVAN

Its a lot bigger then the 6-pack racks Ive seen. I like it.

Go to www.prm-atv.com , they sell some excellent protection items IMO! If you want a little bit cheaper one but still strong Armadillo sells a nice one. www.rockymountainatv.com

the plastics are all factory. the mudflaps are actually hondaline accessories for the 250x. they come up on ebay sometimes.

the rack is prm and it does have more room than other six pack type racks. most six pack racks also just come straight out the back but this rack mounts up and over the back plastic. keeps it a bit shorter and up above your exhaust too.

thanks for the comments everybody.
