hey every one i just wanted to know what class to race my 400ex in i will be 15 during the race season and i wanted to race harescrambles and motocross i just wana ride for fun i dont have to go for point think they will let me inthe 16+ classes. thanks to all that post.

I don't think you can race in a higher age bracket on a quad in D6. You can find class lists, rules, etc... at www.d-6quadsrule.com or email Patti Toth @ D6points@aol.com and ask her what class they would let you run.

Guranteed, if you or not 16 you can not race in 450 class. I know of kids that were going to turn 16 next day but were not allowed. I think they should have a class that the 400ex's could race if you were under 16

yea like a 12-16 class of 2-strokes up to 200cc an 4-stroke up to 400cc that would be a popular class

i raced many races on my 300ex when i was under 16 and if i chose to do so, i could have ran the C class. Back then it was just C class, but i am almost positive that you will be aloud to race your quad in there. Mainly they say 16-19 just because 16 is like the manufacture guidlines. Let us know what you find out tho.

A B C class is considered upto 450cc and at least 16 years old, you can run a 90 if you wanted toas long as you are 16 years old
