I have a stock 86 trx250r. I am in nj so its around the mid 50's outside..I am getting an esr trx6 and esr silencer..what would be a good jetting set up for an esr trx6 pipe and esr silencer? I am currently running 150 main and a 45 pilot..is that gooed enough or do I need to change it? I am going to do mostly trail riding

The last motor I did with a good pipe and stock carb used a 158 in the summer, 165 in the winter. I would go up several sizes and work down if you need to.

I got pipe, reeds, filter, head, and I run a 155 main and a 45 pilot.

Maybe jump up to 152 main. Run it now then check the plug. You might need to go up a small amount on the main.
