Does anybody have a close up of the DC a arms attached to the frame? Or could some nice person take a picture and post it for me.

Thanks, I see those but they are not close ups. I want to see how much they are adjusted. I put them on but its way toe in.

It was like 3 threads showing on the lowers and 6 showing on the uppers if I remember correctly.The jam nut just clears the a arm mount on the lowers.

Here is what it looks like now. It's still not right. Any ideas how to adjust from here?

The wheels still point in a little.

Ok, I put the rear swinger on no problem, The top shock mount went in fine, but I cant get the lower one to thread, anybody else have this problem. Maybe it's because I have been up for 24 hours.

If you have an angle guage you can set the camber just make sure the rider is sitting on it when you take measurements.I set ours at 2 degrees negative camber and I am running 1/8" toe-in.There are no set in stone measurements just reference points.You may have to make adjustments after he rides it.

the stock lower shock mount bolt is too short to use with the DC swingarm, get you one about 1/2 " longer, also you need a nut , the swinger is not threaded. I start at -3 degrees on camber and 3 degrees caster and 1/4" toe -in, but as speedfreak said this varies from diff drivers .An angle finder can be bought at most hardware store for 10$. O K lets say you dont know these technical terms and you dont have an angle finder and you want to ride NOW, put the quad on ground with driver on seat and the top of tires should lean inward slightly. Use tie rods to adjust the frnt tires so they are a little closer in the frnt than the rear. This is a tough one to put in words without writing 3 pages , feel free to call me monday and I can talk you thru the procedure .marc

Thanks all. I have everything on and it looks good. Zachary just got sick so he can't test it out yet.

One more favor, could one of you post pictures from front and back of how you attached the new (red) chain tensioner to the DC swing arm. I just want to see the angle of how it is attached.

Looks good. Double check those frnt brake lines they dont need to be that strained , the stress could rupture a line.
I think the Z-man will like it.

They actually only look tight. They actually have a bend in them that you can't see.
