does anyone have a diagram or can anyone explain to me how this comes out because im having a hard time with it

Did you take the snap ring out that's on top of the bearing?

You remove the nut and lower bushing. Pry out the upper and lower seals. Then remove the snap ring on the top that holds it in place. Then pound it out from the bottom up.
