How long do I charge the battery for after I pour the acid? Can I trickle charge over night?

trickle charge would be fine. you can also charge it at 2amps if you need it faster.

though typically its recommended to equalize the gravity from cell to cell.

if anything, let it sit for a while to make sure that the plates are completely saturated.
