Changing rear tires. Going with the 18 x 6.5 x 8. Temporarily will these fit on the stock rear rims? Haven't had time to measure and rims will come when I sell the rear tires and rims he has now.

Yes they will fit. 18-6.5-8 and 16-6.5-8 are fairly common on the stock rims.
