everyone keep an eye on your swingarm , If you are mx racing or any activity that uses the full range of your suspension travel , your chain can come into contact with your swingarm . the factory has installed a small thin peice of rubber which wears out quickly and the chain begins to cut into the swingarm ruining the swingarm and chain. A simple upgrade can save you alot of money and headache, a more substantial guard made out of UHMW or similar material will provide long lasting protection in most cases. the dimensions of your guard will need to be about 1.5 inches in length and 1.25 I.D. . It is an easy install and very inexpensive. We just had a customer that had not seen the damage occuring and it was too late when he noticed it , then the cost is a couple of hundred dollars.
