jetting question for ported piped warrior

i'm building a piped, ported, warrior with std bore 10.25/1 wiseco piston and hotcams stage 2 cam. what main jet will i need? will i have to change the pilot jet as well? also will i need to open up the airbox or remove the lid? he has a k&n filter allready. also will he want to go to a 12 tooth front sprocket to get some low end back?
