Port and Polish gains?

I have a 07' 400ex with full hmf ironman series exhaust, 11:1 wiseco piston and stage 1 hotcam. Port and polish seems to be the next upgrade for biggest gains. What type of power increase can be obtained? I am looking for advice on whether or not the p&p is worth the cost. If so what shops are reputable and best for cost. Advise please

I'm also curious what gains can be made from a port and polish. I know C&D does this for $175. Is it worth the money?

the biggest improvement i noticed was a more snappier response... all depends on your porting though.

i did my own based on what ive seen around. should you have the tools and the time, its not all too difficult.
