Ok Marc what do ya know about the dolphin 100 tranny gears

Hello, my name is Ozzie and I run Cycle Imports inc. Metrakit USA. you should know the following,
Unison's primary business is production of gears and drives for many well know OEM including some very large automobile MFGs. The gears in the quad are as good as they can get for the application. Problem with quad gears is a design problem that can not be overcome with material improvements as in this case harder or softer gears.
Too hard= too brittle= cracked clean off
Too soft= too weak= sheared right off
There is a partial solution which eliminates the impact on landings by way of a rubber cush drive rear sprocket. Other solutions are in the works if you are interested. please feel free to call me direct at 305-525-5636 or Email info@cycleimports.com
