about how much 2 stroke oil should i put in the spark plug hole.

A cap full and then kick the motor over a few times with the the spark plug still out. Then put the plug back and your done.

anything special to do when i start it up. also i use amsoils dominator and that cap is a little bigger than the rest.

A couple teaspoons would probably be enough. Just start it normally next time you run it, it'll probably smoke more than usual but run it until it warms up and the extra oil burns off.
