Reed Spacer Plate Thickness???

Ok got a 36 PWK and a V Force 2 Reeds, and im being told to use a reed spacer , what thickess they range from 0.250", 0.325" 0.500" 0.750" I was guessing the 3/8"

Seems like the forum opinion on reed spacers is they don't really seem to make a difference at all. I had one also and took it out, never noticed a difference. They're also used when you have a shorter carb that needs to be spaced closer to the airbox so the boot will reach.
Good luck and don't spend too much money on it.
