i have a fcr on my crf hybrid and the throttle open and closed fine when the motor isn't running when i start it up the throttle sticks there like a vacum or something holding it anybody ever had this problem

Try using the "other hole" on the carb where the throttle cable connects to.Make sure the cable isnt binding anywhere as well.
