i had my 400ex bored to a 440 and they say u need to torque they head down after being rebuilt is hard to get to the bolts any info i would greatly appreciate it this first time messin with engine like this

You will get more responses in the 400ex section.

Remove valve cover and two of the four bolts are easy to get out. Remove cam and you can get to the other two(not as easy). I would check the two easy ones and if they are fine, forget about the hard ones
