My fuel injection stops working sometimes and the FI light just blinks. if i turn the quad off and turn it back on it goes back to normal. suzuki says that they cant find the problem unless it happens all the time. It has only happened twice and i cant duplicate it. Any suggestions.

Your FI light blinks. Where's that at? I got Low Fuel and Neutral lights.

mine only blinks when i stand the bike up on its end to wash it. good luck man

Ok, I went outside and looked at mine. its the light in the middle. Ive never noticed mine come on. Heck I never noticed it said FI on it.

Your dealers are retards.....if your FI light blinks it is telling you that there is a signal not coming from one of the sensors. Blinking light will blink a certain number code once then store it in the ECU. The dealers SHOULD have an ECU scanner that will tell them the malfunction code...... I have a factory service manual and it tells how to use the tool if you get one.

Also if your quad is running and the FI light blinks fast like 2 times a second it is telling you that your quad is overheating......

it doesnt blink when its running. it will die and then start to blink. there is only one suzuki dealer here in las vegas and they suck. if it happens again i will count the blinks

dont worry about it, mine does it too.... sumthing when the kill switch is unplugged is when it does it on mine.... its nothing to worry about, mine has always done it

same here mine olny does it if i whelie and rest it on the grabbar and it idles for like 2 second it will blink or if its upsideodwn

When you stand your quad up are you leaving the key on? If you are it would trip the tip over switch and that would be why you have to turn it off and then turn it back on to reset it.

You don't need the scanner tool for the codes. All you have to do is jump two of the wires on the aux port ( same one the cherry bomb plugs into) once they are jumpered it will run all the codes and flash them via the fi light, you can look up the codes in the manual.

When I got my LTR,the same thing happent.After sleepless nights,I found out that the low fuel and FI lights were swapped around. I drained the fuel and checked the FI light switching on!!!
