how tight or loose should the chain me. i just installed a new bearing carrier and the chain is super loose compared to what it was (no matter how much i adjusted it). what is normal play in the chain?

dont quote me but i think its 1/2 inch while you sit on it.

1 3/8 is pretty much what i have. it just looked like alot of play.

i put 2 fingers stacked (not flat) between the rear of the chain slider on swingarm to judge mine and have never had 1 problem.........YET
