Conversion Quads... Worth it?

I was at an event called DS Days down in Sand Moutain Nevada and about 4 builders show up with these Conversion Quads. Large 4 cyl street motors in DS650 or Raptor 700R frames. The prices seems pretty good on these since they have well over 180 hp!

What do you guys think?
