How are all you doing with your overflow cap? I did a search and didn't find anything,

I now hear that Polaris are selling new caps with a nipple already on them, Guess after a few water pumps went south they fixed em, I just drilled a hole and put a hose in it, (a tight hole) Lot of guys are puttin nipples on their's,, It's all up to you, Just put one on if you ride in water,
