I got an 07 too and run Yamalube, never had any problems and I beat beat the balls off that quad.

amsoil is one of the best. i could feel a difference in shifting smoothness when i switched.

When I change my oil here in the next few days, Im going to use Amsoil 75-90w pure synthetic. Sound alright? What kind of oil filter do you guys suggest I get?

i run semi honestly you have ot change the oil so much that theres no point in buying full and once you run full you cant run semi enless you rebuilt top to bottom

Oops, it's not pure synthetic, I think

The bottle says "Amsoil Severe Gear SAE 75W-90 synthetic extreme pressure lubricant" This should work fine right? I had a guy that baja raced blasters that he used it in all of them and it worked great.

I just run Yamalube, I used to throw in car oil but it would burn away.
