On a 400ex what motor would fit the best? KTM500sx (w/e) crf450, yz450f, ktm, or like a yz426f??? just wondering..

the YZ400-YZ450F, the mounts for them are the same, There are a few motor mount kits on this site for this combo, i have one in a EX frame and love it..

i think all the yz 400,426,450 bottom ends are all the same . not 100% but i think they all mount the same ....i know i had a 426 motor in mine then my dad put a 450 right in it no problems .ill ask him tomarrow and get back to you

the 400 and 426 use the same mount for sure... had a 426 then blew up and got a 400 for cheap...wich worked out better...
