i dont think the 06 has brackets for the oil coolers,or headlight brackets if you run one

i know the 06 motors was moved like 10mm or tilted that much so you might have to use the motor mounts that go with the year of the motor!!!

ah i may be reading this wrong but it would be better to get a 04 or 05 cause i dont like the way the 06 grab bars are. and the exhuast might not match up. if your have a 06 and are going to a 05 frame you may want to get a 05 exhause but the should both bolt up. idk

yea from all the little changes honda made to the quad, they would all add up to be a total p.i.t.a to use an 05 frame on 06 components
