Another member on this website is selling a rear elka shock off of a 2006 honda 450r and he says it is 16 inches. I measured my stock one jacked up in the air on my 2004 with a stock linkage but i am getting a mx linkage for my 2004 on a separate deal and my stock meausred 15 inches. Does the inch make a big deal and will everything mount up right from the 04 to 06 becuase i heard that elka rear shocks are longer becuase they have alot more travel then stock? Is that true please let me know so i can make a deal.

Hey man I forgot to tell you that that measurement was wrong. The 06 and 05 rear shocks are the same length the linkage is whats different. I called the guy that is working on my bike and he measured the rear for me and said it was 15" as well I had made the assumption that it was 16. Sorry for the confusion. I would not make that up either to make a sale as when you got it you would be able to tell if I was lieing. Thanks.

Alright, I will call you tomorrow beucase it is around 9 where i live right now so I dont want to disturb anyone or anything. I am trying to by a linkage off of another guy but he reads my pm and then never responds so i don't know. I would really like to deal with you on this shock becuase I need one.
