im thinking about making the switch to castrol syntech, but was wondering was viscosity to run. my motor has no mods and is basically all stock. another possibility would be Royal Purple, ive heard good things about this oil, but again what viscosity do i use,

also what are u guys using for gearbox oil, im using honda 10w40 and its slips in to neutral hardcore, really annoying in races. thanks.

If you have a hard time getting it into neutral your clutch basket is probably worn. I use Golden Spectro 80W gear lubricate in the trans. I use Mobil 1 15w50 in the engine, but it is really hot hear all the time.

i use castrol act-evo 4 stroke 20w-50. when i switched to it from regular i actually noticed a smoother power application while riding. cold starts are a little harder but once she is warm your good to go. also notice it runs a little cooler. i forgot to mention that it is a full synthetic oil
