Well i got my top end off on the way to my bad 2nd gear. And my sleave measures 85.86 mm from front to back and 85.75 from side to side.
So i guess it needs a bore/piston rings. Should i go with a 416 or a 426?

426 real good all around power with no other mods

a well built 416 can produce good power... and it saves you the money of a new sleeve and everything else,,,

so in my opinion bore it out to a 416, then spend some money on a good cam, and if budget allows get some port and flow work done

Im going with a 416. I already have a hotcam stage 2 and an hmf pipe.I was really happy with the power before,so i can imagine with a 416 and a good bore ill be extra happy
