I had to replace a gearshift spindle on my 426. I had to helicoil to head bolts and put it back together . Now it takes at lest half throttle to keep it running when it does...and it oil fowls plugs. I'd appreciate your input.

i would maybe say oil is working it's way around the heli coils into the cylinder or the rings are shot. depending on how long it's been ran.

does it smoke alot? might even be the valve seals.
